What is mindset coaching and how does it work?

I believe we all need a solid foundation in life: self-knowledge and self-love. These are what ultimately breed self-confidence. However, life doesn’t always give us the opportunity to build that foundation fully.

Mindset coaching works from the inside out. It begins with acknowledging ourselves. Exactly as we are, imperfections included. Accepting ourselves now, yesterday. Not when we are this or when we have that. Mindset coaching allows us to break free from conditional love. Mindset coaching works to allow us to love ourselves unconditionally. To love our struggle, to love our past, to love our problems and to acknowledge everything we have to offer to the world. We also change the way we speak to ourselves. We start seeing the glass as half full—always half full, never half empty.

Mindset coaching appreciates the process. Life is always a work in progress. When we eventually reach our goals, we often look back and miss the very moments when we were struggling. Mindset coaching emphasizes enjoying the process, not just the outcome. Satisfaction shouldn’t depend on reaching a final destination. Mindset coaching allows you to learn to design your every day that they feel meaningful. It allows you to learn how to get to the point where when you sleep at the end of the day, you feel that you have had a good, meaningful day. Even when you struggle.

Based in Switzerland, I’m a medical doctor turned coach who empowers high-performing professionals to break through mental barriers and achieve transformative growth.

My experience has shown that small, intentional changes, rooted in mindset shifts can drastically improve daily wellbeing and productivity. I specialize in helping (workaholic) workers, managers, founders, doctors, engineers and independent contractors reframe their approach to work and life, combining evidence-based strategies with personalized coaching.

The process of change should not feel like work. It should be enjoyable. This is my main philosophy of my work. If you don’t enjoy it then it is too hard and it is not going to work. Reducing stress should not add additional stress to it.
